Andrew and Gina Pottenger are Specialized Assignment contract missionaries with Nazarene Global Mission.
Giving
Our ministry is more effective when we travel. Gina has many opportunities to travel for gathering great stories. Conducting interviews and research and shooting photos on location is the most effective way to write and publish compelling stories of what God is doing around the region. Some of the locations waiting for a storyteller to come are Croatia and Albania. Gina also would like to visit the field communications teams in order to conduct writer training.
You or your church may give a one-time offering or contribute through ongoing giving. Even small monthly donations can make a big difference! Contributions are tax-deductible and approved missions giving in the Church of the Nazarene if they are directed through the Church of the Nazarene.
How to give
Those who wish to partner with us in ministry through financial support can give in two ways:
1. Tax-deductible contributions to our ministry fund, through check or a credit card payment online.
To give by check, make it out to "General Treasurer, Church of the Nazarene" and write "Andrew and Gina Pottenger/Mission Corps" in the memo line. Then send it to:
General Treasurer
Church of the Nazarene
PO Box 843116
Kansas City, MO 64184-3116
Or by credit card through our Ministry Fund site. These funds do not come to us personally but to the accounting office of the Eurasia Region, which manages our fund in compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
To give securely through your credit card, visit http://web.nazarene.org/site/TR/Events/WorldMissionDeputationSecCat?pg=fund&fr_id=1100&pxfid=6730
2. Personal gifts to us are NOT limited in usage by IRS or deputation policies. Therefore, any gifts you give to us personally, while not tax deductible, can be used to pay off our student loans; help us to cover Andrew's ongoing tuition costs at Nazarene Theological College where he is studying; to replace worn out clothes and shoes; to resupply household or basic hygiene items; and to enjoy much needed rest and relaxation together away from the demands of ministry.
We are grateful for all the prayers, expressions of love and care, and the sacrificial giving that is done on our behalf. Without you and your support, we could not be here.
